JOB DESCRIPTION
✔ Working duration: 40 hours/ week
✔ Monthly update activities, competitions, Vietnamese and international projects for students on the SEE facebook page
✔ Write monthly newsletters
✔ Directly counsel on experience summer courses, school visits, high school - level research programs, career orientation internships, which are provided by PAC Group’s partners
✔ Instruct students to register for international experience summer courses, school visits, high school - level research programs (contact providers, make a contract with providers, translate and produce invoices, register for the course, support students to complete forms as required by schools/provider partners, organise pre-departure information briefing, advise on travel insurance arrangements, air tickets, arrange pick-up and means of transport and follow up the whole process until the participating students are back to Vietnam)
✔ Collect photos, testimonials and assessments from students, parents, provider partners to update on publications of extracurricular activities/ annual summer programs
✔ Coordinate with provider partners to develop experience programs in Vietnam (winter/ summer courses, career orientation experience programs)
✔ Design and generate ideas for students’ individual projects
✔ Design and generate ideas for students’ individual projects and instruct students on implementation
✔ Manage PAC League group page
✔ Coordinate with Marketing Unit to organise pre-departure sessions, conferences/ meetings at weekends or as required by Operations Manager
✔ Coordinate with other units to prepare series of marketing posts generate ideas for advertisements

✔ Be in charge of developing PAC Group’s podcast (look for and contact guest speakers, coordinate with the Marketing unit to produce podcast series)
REQUIREMENTS:
● Age range 20-30
● University degree, at least 1-year work experience is an advantage
● English proficiency equivalent to C1 level
● Applicants with experience of abroad studying or living are prioritized
● Flexible working hours
● Demonstrated possession of pedagogic skills is an advantage to apply in teaching and instructing students
● Proficient communication skills (speaking and writing) in English and Vietnamese
● Proficient presentation skills in English and Vietnamese
● Computer proficiency in Office Suite (Google suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Proven organisational and managing abilities
● Abilities to work individually or in teams
